Great corporation - good health plans and benefits. Great people to work with.

Cons

Slow to change with the rapidly changing industry. Advancement was also very slow and wage increases were also not comparable to the market in this state.

Everyone I worked with was very friendly. Flexible work hours. Pickup soccer/basketball/volleyball in the summer during lunch. Fun to watch fire testing.

Cons

Too much report writing and use of outdated software. Job was slow and repetitive at times.

Great focus on mission of product safety and strong leadership training courses available for career advancement. Pockets of great teams and leadership.

Cons

Current leaders are not going to get us where the company ultimately wants to go. Compensation is low and below market. Striving to be one UL but company silos are holding us back. Incredibly strong growth targets and not enough action plans & accountability to hit the aggressive targets.
