      Great salary scale and opportunity to meet people from around the world .

      Cons

      No personal development and growth. I've been working in my position for 5 years before they decide to change the job contract forcing me to reapply and undergo the whole recruitment procedure from the beginning. No promotions, No personal development training specially in my domain.
