Pros

Working for an international organization provided me with the opportunity to work with other cultures and gain diversity in the workplace. By working with an international team, I became able to experience firsthand different styles of working in other cultures and even adopted some new styles of work myself. The UN works to promote justice and protect human rights which are very much corresponds with my moral ideals.

Cons

The UN has a reputation for depending on processes and systems even when they aren’t effective. However it is somewhat understanable since it's a huge organization, the UN is difficult to navigate.

Pros

Intellectually stimulating and attracts idealistic, liberal-minded individuals. Feels like working abroad without actually going abroad due to cultural diversity

Cons

Emotions can run high and toxic gossiping is prevalent. Can be clique-ish
