Pros

If you to make a difference in the most vulnerable people's lives, with livable wage and comprehensive benefits. This is the place. You can have a proper work-life balance where your supervisors will forget you during the weekends. It's a tough place, but everyone knows that and it feels that we're all in it together.

Cons

Career progression is stagnant as it works on vacancies. There are wage increments and reviews, but your career and role is dependent on turnover rates. As the international humanitarian agency, mental health is a big thing and leads to any turnovers.
