extremely highly paid thanks to the generous donations of individuals who earn much less

nepotism: qualified staff are forced to leave dominated by international staff who knew nothing of the country and who had no trust of the national staff

Pros

As a staff, we have incredible benefits including health insurance, parental leave of 24 weeks for mothers and 30 days annual leave. We have the ability to work with diverse partners from government to NGOs and private sectors.

Cons

As a UN staff, we have several restrictions regarding outside activities, to prevent conflict of interest.
