Pros

working in UNICEF was a pleasure to me, i worked with all of great staffs and fellow ambassadors and they were supportive open minded and collaborative too

Cons

UNICEF values new ideas so it's very common to see everyone sharing their own ideas [it can't be considered as a cons actually]

Working at UNICEF: Balance and Bureaucracy

Pros

UNICEF offers excellent work-life balance, with significant flexibility that varies somewhat by team. The organization provides employees with considerable autonomy in managing their work schedule and arrangements.

Cons

The organization is highly bureaucratic, resulting in slow operational processes. Many tasks, even simple ones, require multiple levels of approval. Success at UNICEF often depends on adapting to this methodical pace and administrative structure.
