Responsability and autonomy given to the intern during the first week.

Cons

Many people are constantly "working from home", but they do not actually do so. UNOPS uses interns to do the job of other paid personnel who is constantly on leave and unreachable.

Working at UNOPS was very challenging because there were tons of Administrative instructions and organizational directives to read in order to be in line with the organization goals.
