      Pros

      Dedicated partners in the trenches with you. Great friendship and a sense of community with the business and the employees.

      Cons

      Too many too many.... Hours, requests, projects, directions, department requests, initiatives and real work to be able to manage... Far more work to do then time if you do things correct... if you cut corners and work 40 hours a week... someone will get hurt...

      Pros

      UPS is a great place to work if your looking for a way to pay for your education, they give full time benefits for part time work which gives plenty of time to dedicate to school.

      Cons

      It is difficult working a third shift, physical labor job, but you get used to it relatively quickly. It is a warehouse environment, so it's pretty hot in the summer, and really cold in the winter.
