      Pros

      Great pay, health benefits, and tuition reimbursement perks. Great company if you don't have a family and are just going to school.

      Cons

      Usually work horrible hours that cut into your personal life. Zero communication among management. Management only cares about the bottom line at the expense of its employees.

      Pros

      For the long haul its definitely worth it...benefits, and pay always increases. If you have another job or are in school, especially college, then this may be for you.

      Cons

      Though, must b willing to put in hard part-time for long-time. I found myself wanting to do more and that's what led me to this site about another job. If you have a degree, maybe try to use it.
