Pros

Stability, employee oriented, significant training opportunities. Multiple career fields available. Medium to large size work force. Opportunity for pre-positioning if desire to to locate to another region.

Cons

Career progression is limited based on geography of the location in Orlando Florida. Fairly vertical organization with limited opportunities to influence senior leaders. Promotion opportunities are influence by declining DoD force structure.
