Pros

Pros: Unbeatable benefits for families (Tricare is free). Housing allowance (BAH) is tax-free and adjusts for the area. You learn valuable sales and communication skills. More independence than a typical line unit. Retirement plan and job security are excellent.

Cons

Cons: Work-life balance is difficult; hours are unpredictable. High pressure to meet monthly enlistment quotas. It can be stressful balancing family time with mission requirements. Constant rejection from applicants can be mentally draining. Admin work can be tedious and slow.
