Thank you for sharing your feedback on the training program. Would like to inform you that there is a dedicated team which is focused on Campus Grad training Program. The Campus Grad training team, works very closely with Senior Architects of UST and Subject Matter Experts from several training institutes to put together a well-structured training curriculum, incorporating all the latest developments in the tech world to ensure the young grads get an holistic learning experience. The training program includes a foundation course and an advanced course and the performance is closely monitored by the Campus Grad training team on a daily and weekly basis. In addition trainees are provided with daily coding challenges, hackathons, live projects, soft skills training etc. The training program bridges the gap between academic knowledge and real-world work skills to succeed in corporate environment. Also with the help of UST Colors team and behavioral trainers we expose the students to fun at work and train them to transition from Campus to Corporate life. To further strengthen the program starting this year we are also introducing mentor based self-learning program for 2024 campus pass outs, which will, not only help them to sharpen their skills but assist them to smoothly transition from campus to corporate world.
