Pros

Salary comes on time without delay.

Cons

Same salary comes every year! You'll be treated as a contractor for sure with utmost attitude from client as well as from UST. HRs will treat you like you are nothing if you ask for a hike or a feedback even if the client recognized your work. have to wear multiple IDs if you employed to this company There will never be a professional talk if some complaint is raised by the employee, you can literally see a fish market.
