Good work culture and lots of activities there.For a beginner it is one of the best option.If can ask any doubts to leads and senior developers there.

It purely depends on the team which you are into.I joined here as a fresher.The Starting package for a fresher may be less compared to all other companies.It is 3.5LPA.But after completing 1 year,I got 20% hikes as well as 15000 rupees per month as allowance.Personal and professional growth is there.Direct client interactions are there irrespective of experience.When I have less than 1 year experience,we were the one who asked different queries to the client.flexible working hours.projects are there alot in our team.So will not be put into bench.I am very much satisfied here. note:Everything I have said is purely depends on my team.Every team and Team managers will not be same and have these Pros.

Cons

As of now,I cant find any cons because of my team,account manager and senior employees.
