-There are cases of people with no skills who got better salary because they negotiate before signing their contract without doing any exam or demostration of their skills, after that they went to talent pool because of bad performance in the project but now they get paid without doing anything. -Management doesn't let you apply for another position, if you were assgined to be a tester in the trainee program and you want to be a developer but you are on a project they won't let you apply, if a position is in the US people from talent pool who has had bad performance wil have preference. -SALARY IS LOW AND IT DOESN'T INCREASE, PEOPLE IS LEAVING THE COMPANY. -People who gets recognize most of the time is because they are friends with a manager and not because a contribution. -The delivery center is to far away and they don't have any transport benefits. -People from HR is never clear about anything. -The company decides your entire career according to the project you are assgined they won't let you try different technologies. -If you need to install a patch or software the guy from network would never solve anything and will be rude with you if you insist. -The office smell bad and doesn't have space.
