      Good work life balance. Reasonably good pay package. Plenty of client locations and great onsite opportunities. Technical skills are secondary - its about $$

      The opportunity to learn new skills to use in our careers.

      Cons

      I applied for the company because the description was to train minority women with a IT background and to help place us with clients, since the IT field is male dominated and lacks minorities. The company paints us as inner-city women that they helped teach how to dress and act in order to get a job. It is unfortunate.
