      Pros

      You can easy build up a network of interest group. You have everything needed for growth. Easily swap roles if you have sufficient contact in RMG (Resource Management group)

      Cons

      Small company, rather growing company. Highly localized, least known by people in the industry. Projects are mostly crap Very less brains to shape up the company

      Good practices on paper but not practiced in reality. Probably intentions are good but not in action.

      Pros

      Some Depts are good and some depts are not so good. They have desire to grow but lack discipline and approach. Great values and culture.

      Cons

      Not very solution and long term engagement oriented approach in term of engagements with the clients. Decision making is not system driven but very perception and individual based which kills talent and scale. Does not have comprehensive career management process and system. It also lacks succession plan for senior managers. After a certain stage there is no next step. Inconsistency in practicing company's great value and culture.

      Good Brand Image but company doesnt have such promising projects!!!!! Just media Hype Hype and Hype!!!!!

      Pros

      Good Brand image As much as i hear work hours flexibility is there

      Cons

      Dont have much projects and dependent on very few clients Not much interaction between Talent acquisition team and project team. We were recruited and because the company didnt get the project we were told to resign No active Resource Management Team. When you get release you are on in your own to find out projects Major projects are in trivandrum, cochin only and other location based employees need to be flexible to shift base
