      Good Work Environment, but Employee Economical growth is at least preference.

      Pros

      Work environment is good. It has customers globally which opens the door of opportunity. Job Security is high.

      Cons

      Company gives least preference on Employee economical growth. HR group is not much impressive in responding to employee concerns

      Hire and Fire policy. Few projects with the company, more sort of an HR consultancy..

      Pros

      Good initial salary if bargained properly. No swipe in and swipe out timings check....

      Cons

      No job security at all. Not a place for married and settled people, if project is gone then high probability of getting fired. No coordination between HR recruitment team and people on talent pool (bench). There would be people on bench but they still HR would recruit from outside even though the skills match. Then the talent pool people would be fired. Firing is very normal. HR would call and say that's their policy and put people on notice period. UST global is more like a consultancy than a company, because most of their projects are client side based. So people need to work in the client offfice which will be in Bangalore, Pune or some other city.....

      Everything is a Con, Sr Management which is the C Level Executives should be moved out and new Management to take over
