      Pros

      nice working environment and flat hierarchy. Good for freshers who can get a lot of opportunities

      Cons

      Office politics too much and for individual growth buttering is required to a great extenxt. Hike also not up to industry standards. The whole idea is more you butter the more you grow.No benefits even if you work the whole night.

      Pros

      Opportunity for learning new things and new work experience. Cross skill training's or opportunities. In UST you work for your family, not for a company. If your are in project.... your are safe and security zone. If you have more than 5 year experience, they consider most preference. if you know any HR, your life going smoothly.if you don't have knowledge on recording your work also. if your in mallu(native - kerala) guy.. your are the safe. No timings(depend upon the client call timings)

      Cons

      Management is average Centralized decision making Talent pool (90 days) policy( if don't have attend single interview - internal interview).
