      A good place for those with less experience to gain experience in their careers so they are more valuable in the job market.

      Cons

      Senior management does not contain the complete leadership skills the company needs. Many of the company's internal functions and departments are very immature and do not provide the company or the employees with the need quality of services.

      good co-workers.That all i can say. Sometimes you will get some time for your career development side. This depends on the account where you work.

      Cons

      No more a employee friendly , which was used to be once. Crap HR policies. No Hike in onsite and offshore. you can grow if you know polities. People doing their job are not at all recognized.They will always mentioned about their values and culture. But actually they don't know the exact meaning of those things.there are lots of things to be mentioned. But i need a day to write those. So i am finishing up now.
