Cons

Performance appraisals lack meaningful discussion; quarterly reviews in HRMS often occur without discussions, and annual salary hikes are predetermined early in the year, leaving no opportunity for one-on-one discussion about progress or compensation. High risk of being on the 'bench' after a project ends, with HR providing minimal proactive support to find new assignments, making it the employee's responsibility. Lack of transparency and proactive support from the immigration HR team, placing the burden on employees to initiate and follow up on onsite opportunities.
