Pros
In my experience UST is a great company to work for. I've had an amazing experience being of engineering services. The team i worked was great and competitive. Great culture. The organization is growing at a very rapid pace. Good benefits, such as health care, sick time, and vacation time. All in all this is a wonderful place to work.
Cons
The work will depend on the customer and project engagement. Projects can be sometimes be short but extended regularly. This can sometimes be a bit stressful.
