UST Global is indeed a great place to work. I am working in Trivandrum location. Work culture over here is the best I could say. Here, people never order anything they just give responsibility which brings thrive to work more. The campus has a very positive aura.

Cons

The downside for me over here is I observed that UST is still to accept mixed up community. As being a North Indian working in Trivandrum location is not that easy as sometimes we often feel left out as everyone every single person over here talks in Malayalam only and they are so much in to Malayalam that they don't even feel to talk in English even in meetings . That's the only drawback .
