its worst company for freshers and person should be willing to go trivandrum at any time if you are not in project.there is no good projects in UST

Good infrastructure. Good company for women. Onsite opportunities are good.

Cons

Appraisal policy is pathetic. Hikes are not given in certain years. Salary of a B.Tech fresher is low compared to the industrial standards. If the degree is of 3 years(BCA graduates), salary is even low. Keralites are favored over other nationals. Most important skill required to survive in this company is show off.
