The location I work at is awesome

Cons

Pay is extremely low. They Are taking more than 55% of my bill rate. I get raises at my location, but I don't get it on my pay. I've been working with UST for 3 years. Poor Management, they are under qualified to be a manager. Will be looking for another job that pays their employees when they ought to get.
