      Best for the people who want comfort. Less Hussle Bustle. Provide good hike to new employees.

      Cons

      No new learning opportunity. Annual hike provided to most of the employees is less then 5%. No Team Lunch/Party, No fun activities. Doing cost cutting in every possible way.
