On the Step It Up America Program (SIUA).

The SIUA is really a great opportunity to begin an IT/Development career. With no prior IT experience, I was fortunate to have been lined up with a job at The Hartford Insurance even before starting the full-stack Java developer bootcamp. That has to be the best part of this program, since other bootcamps help the employee search for a job during or after training has ended. Other pros include: - Full-time paid training - Dedicated mentor throughout the training - Lunch&Learns every week w/ generous catering

Cons

The only downside I found was submitting time sheets; a better tracking system would be better to avoid manual time sheets .
