Good to go if you get good project to work where you can add something to your profile not much work pressure as long as you are in some support and enhancement project no hard rule to complete 9 hours however recommended

Cons

south vs north, com'on MAN!! you are in 21st Century..knowledge, skills and good behavior should be awarded. mostly support and enhancement projects, not much leaves, need to plan vacation ahead, not good compensation for freshers or for mid level.
