No office politics as it is service based company No one will try to lead you. If you have your work, just do it and submit. Nothing else will come your way. Good work culture. .

Cons

No hikes No bonus Rare recognition cases When budget issues arise, layoffs occur, and employees on the bench are released in batches. There is no prior notice; you will receive a call one random day for forced resignation. If you accept, they will provide a lump sum amount based on your salary (equivalent to three months' salary). If you decline, you must serve a notice period of two months and leave company.
