Pros

Fast-paced workplace, where you are really encouraged to take ownership from the get-go. Intelligent and incredibly talented employees, Uber feels more like a community, rather than a workplace.

Cons

No real cons to be had.

Pros

- Many & many opportunities to learn - Great talent - Many best practices - Cool tech being implemented across platform - Most of the thing provided as long as it will help you (software/hardware/training)

Cons

- Pretty low quota for promotion - At least for Asia region, was paying less than any other tech company - A good manager is not very easy to get
