- experience new places - company culture is relatively lax -oops to expand professionally through gigs - benefits
Cons
-inconsistent leadership -pay isn’t measurable to the work required - favoritism from management which means inequitable deal structures or placement in underperforming markets - claims to offer unlimited pto but passively are told to take 20 days or less -no division of responsibility, sellers pitch onboard and manage - sabbatical requirements went from 5 years to 8 - internal mobility doesn’t seem possible -rarely offers promotions
