      Rewarding job, rough work/life balance

      Colleagues are so awesome that working feels like hanging with smart friends all day, taking risks is rewarded, the work is super interesting and changing people's lives

      Cons

      It's hard to find enough time outside of work to relax, women have to be ready to speak up aggressively to be heard, you have to push back hard to stand up for your opinion

      I can't agree more about the pros of working here and I love how you phrased it "...feels like hanging with smart friends all day," perfect description! While everyone works hard at Uber - we're all driven and passionate about the company's mission - it's also so important to take time to recharge. We don't want anyone to burn out so make sure you keep a consistent conversation with your manager around the time you need outside of work so you can be your best.
