      Get to work with crazy smart, fun people on challenging/interesting problems that you wouldn't find elsewhere. Always pushed to find creative solutions for everything that you do. Amazing passion for the product from everyone in the company creates a great environment to work in.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a challenge. Need to be ready to put in long hours. That said, you're surrounded by your team which makes it more manageable
