      -People there are truly amazing -Training for IT roles is very helpful compared to other companies -Growth opportunities are there, must work hard to get them -In house café -Monthly Lunch n Learns

      Cons

      - Old fashion workplace - very quiet - shirt and tie every day but Friday (for men) - keep head down and work kind of style - No WFH
