      Great place to work if you can handle constructive criticism.

      Pros

      This company genuinely cares about their employees and wants to see them succeed. You get a LOT of feedback, but not in a negative way. If you're willing to take criticism and use it to succeed, this is the place for you. You also get a personal performance bonus every year, as well as a profit sharing bonus which ends up being around $15000 before tax. That's not a typo. Fifteen thousand. Uline treats their employees like gold.

      Cons

      You need to follow a lot of rules working here. You will get constant feedback as they believe in "continuous improvement". If you have thin skin, it's not the job for you. But if you're willing to take criticism and learn from it you can go really far. A lot of people see this as a "con" for working here, but if you want to work hard and want to be the best you can, it's a great environment.

      Decent pay and bonus package. Helpful managers

      Long hours, where you don’t know when you will be done for the day, and shift being in the middle of the day provides you with absolutely no work life balance. Very micromanaged and pushed to meet production goals, and even if you are heading your goals properly, they still make you feel like you are not doing the best you can. I was a top performer on my team, yet when it came to the end of the year, they provided me with a two cent raise. Very monotonous work, overall would not recommend working for this company

      They pay very well for type of job

      Cons

      Long hours, office politics is everything. If you aren't in with the managers you will never be able to advance anywhere. Expected to put your managers connivence over your health and family life. If you don't, things just don't seem to work out for you
