Pros

Can’t deny the pay for positions is higher than most and the company has stability to offer. But that’s how they trap you.

Cons

Extremely outdated and strict policies. Not willing to change or evolve with the times. Hiring policies are borderline discriminatory and testing scores are all they care about in terms of hiring. This job only works for specific personality types. If you’re a robot, you’ll love this job!

Becomes your whole life

Pros

Pay is the best you can find in the industry. Facilities are meticulously clean. Safe environment.

Cons

Hours are terrible. Your whole life becomes Uline. The money becomes not worth it after a bit. Sick days or emergencies come out of PTO which is only 2 weeks. Get used to making all appointments for Saturdays.
