- Mind numbingly easy work - Good 401k match

Cons

- Pay is bad - recently changed bonus structure so new employees don't get any bonus for 3 years - Women have to wear tights half the year even with pants! - Micromanaging absolutely everything you do - Judgy work environment, office politics to the max - Strict in office policy, prepare to drive through a blizzard just to stare at a computer for 9 hours - No sick pay - Constant politics shoved in your face - many more cons, job is not worth it. Consider yourself warned
