      Good compensation, focus on other things besides profit, will not fire employees even if it needs to, job security (inside joke).

      Cons

      Very centralized, perverse values, lack of transparency into decision making, Liz, equal raises for everyone regardless of effort, culture is dismal

      Pros

      Uline is a big company with enough good benefits. Salary also good. Got some end of year bonuses also that is a lot of plus.

      Cons

      Have no respect for welfare of employees. You can't cal in sick or ask for a day off because of some emergency. They are very much result oriented to the detriment of the concerns of employees. Imagine being followed to the bathroom and timed when there is the need to.

      Good interview practice, employees were nice

      Cons

      Called me back for a second interview which seemed to be like I had already been offered the job, but then got an email saying I didn't get it.
