Good pay and good hours.

Cons

Almost no flexibility on schedule for doctor appointments or other unexpected time off. Very, very strict and micro management. Uncomfortable working environment. A lot of pressure to be perfect at all times.

Can’t deny the pay for positions is higher than most and the company has stability to offer. But that’s how they trap you.

Cons

Extremely outdated and strict policies. Not willing to change or evolve with the times. Hiring policies are borderline discriminatory and testing scores are all they care about in terms of hiring. This job only works for specific personality types. If you’re a robot, you’ll love this job!
