Pros

Good pay, good bonuses. If all you care about is money, this is the place for you.

Cons

Way too many rules that do not impact job performance. They dictate your clothing, hair, what you can microwave in the breakroom, the color of post it note you use. They should pay more attention to ways to improve morale instead of constantly breaking it down.

You're nothing more than a resource, like paper, to them. None of the employee programs are done in good faith. All about ownership's pocket books. Very sad actually.

Pros

Flexible hours when needed but shifts are inconvenient for family oriented people. We do same day shipping and everything must ship no excuses. Go home when the work is done. Usually by 7-8 pm.

Cons

Very high standards. 100% quality is expected which is not a realistic goal.
