      Pros

      Very conservative and old school company, which can be good in this day and time. Business attire for both men and women. Nice, clean facility and grounds. Expanding and growing nationwide.

      A Very politically focused company. No Hybrid/Remote work option.

      Routine overtime- 4-5 evenings per week and a few hours on weekends Low flexibility in general Posted hours are a minimum expectation, not a standard Travel is 5-8 days per month, outside of normal work hours Very repetitive work days, at high speed, with little to no breaks Minimal time off and benefits, PTO total is vacation and sick leave combined
