The Politics are insane, and Managers try running little internal empires. If you work at Uline, have the Ministry of Labour on speed dial in your phone, and a good Lawyer. The things Leadership try to tell you (more like threaten) are lawsuits waiting to happen. They will bully you into working past your shift, and will demand overtime is mandatory (neither of which are legal). For the stress, misery, and abuse you will take, the pay is not worth what you will go through.

old-fashioned approach to business. everything needs to run up the food change. Micro-management is crazy. Oh you also have to clock in and out, and have to hit 45 hours, for salaried positions. it doesn't make sense. Get with the times.
