Pros

From day one, the team has been welcoming and supportive. Great training made the transition smooth. The company invests in employee growth through ongoing development and engagement programs. The culture is energetic and collaborative, with plenty of team-building events that make work feel more connected. It’s a place I truly see myself growing long-term.

Cons

Too many great coworkers—makes it hard to leave at the end of the day!

Decent Pay

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

The work is easy and the pay is right about Cost of Living for a single adult in the area. There’s a personal and profit sharing bonus at the end of the year and a nice Christmas party every year with prizes given out.

Cons

Leadership does a required 2 hours of production then is really hands off the rest of the time. Trainers often found on the phone and male trainers often seen spending an excessive amount of time socializing with specific female associates. You will be held accountable for all errors, whether it’s your fault or not (picked correctly and customer didn’t get it). Promotions, like most places, aren’t based on actual ability but rather chosen on a personal level by the leadership team leaving very little room for fair advancement and allowing extreme cases of nepotism. Must smile and nod and not have any personal opinion about anything or you will be talked to about it. If you can do that and don’t mind working overtime because leaderships wants to stay hands-off, it’s not a bad place.
