- STABILITY. Booming company through the recessions. You do not have to worry about losing your job. - The environment (tidiness, cleanliness, professional) & corporate campus (walking trails and upkeep of buildings/landscape) - Everyone is extremely nice - The benefits (pay, 401k match, health/dental insurance) - The on-site cafe (the food is amazing for breakfast and lunch)

Cons

- Nightwork & being on call (its better since hiring after-hours support, but it could be better)

Cares about employees and has great perks such as food stipends, employee appreciation events, and management that are advocates for their employees.

Cons

If you are not doing other functions you may be bored throughout your work day. You will not get compensated for taking extra projects right away which may deter people but they do take it in consideration when your for end of year review which affects your raise and bonus.
