Pros

The pay is good and the bonus is nice.

Cons

Where to start? Hours are bad. The managers actually hide in the aisles or follow you to try to catch you being "unsafe" but really have to meet their safety coaching quota. If they hear you are looking for a new job they will find a reason to fire you. Urine tests are often and especially right before the bonus which is pretty much the only good thing about the company.

No pros for this company whatsoever.

Cons

-cult like -dress code -not adhering to the dress code consequences -clicky -temp for over a year -constantly feeling like you're walking on eggshells --those who have their own ideas that don't follow the status quo are frowned upon ...the list is endless

Pros

They offer a nice wage.

Cons

Everything Else. I felt as if I got in my car and drove to 1965. No union but everything is set up like they have a union. They even set your work and break schedule based on who has the most seniority. They use the don't say anything to the new guy until after he makes a mistake training system. Women and minorities need not apply. Very few minorities..Even less women. Wasn't for me.
