- Professional and efficient work environment - Merit-based growth - Clean, beautiful, and optimized facilites - Bonus programs that include annual performance, sales goals and profit sharing

Cons

- Office dress code is "strict" (no jeans, no tennis shoes; business coat/jacket is a must for women if they wear pants) - No WFH unless approved by higher-ups - No medical leave unless illness/accident is incapacitating (vacation days, PTOs, are used to stay home unther the wording of "at the discretion of the employee" if they are sick but the company doesn't think it's valid as medical leave)
