Pros

they have some nice perks like cafe and YE bonuses. Willing to teach employees a lot.

Cons

old-fashioned approach to business. everything needs to run up the food change. Micro-management is crazy. Oh you also have to clock in and out, and have to hit 45 hours, for salaried positions. it doesn't make sense. Get with the times.

Good pay and benefits. I work for and alongside a lot of really great people.

Cons

Work structure can be a bit rigid (especially at the entry level). Most people complain about the schedule/hours.
