Best customer service for customers and employees Very efficient processes Focus on the same goal and not that much politics to deal with Get to use the latest and greatest technology Great benefits including employee discounts, gym, spa service and great cafeteria Great team work. Nice people. Pleasant working environment. Employees are empowered to take initiatives. Flat organizational structure. Senior leaders are very approachable. Lots of opportunities for personal and professional growth Pays very well Work life balance

Still largely work in the office but the environment and amenities makes working on site very pleasant.
