Pros
Wages Bonuses PTO after 90 days OT available if wanted Promotions from within. ( I started as a warehouse worker and was promoted to lead then assistant receiving manager in under 4 years, as were many others I worked with) Chance to relocate
Cons
I can't find many cons about working at Uline (and I was fired after nearly 6 years) The hours could always be better, the moral between shifts was always a little rocky and seemed to be fueled by dept managers and leads alike. Otherwise not many day to day things to complain about. However, I was fired after six dedicated years, moving my way up the ladder from warehouse to lead to eventual manger for failing a random urine screen. In 6 years I never had an accident, incident, complaint, write up or any other derogatory remake on my record. I was less then 3 weeks away from achieving perfect attendance for that year. I failed a urine test and own that completely, it was my decision to engage in illicit drugs, but I never came to work high intoxicated and excelled at what I did. I was thrown to the side and fired without a second thought. And they "care" about their employees right?
