Pros

Yearly bonus around January

Cons

If you like working crazy hours, micro management, being treated like a robot, and lazy management then uline is the place for you. They start you off packing and require near perfection on every box and production. you have to hit a certain amount of lines which means you don't have time for bathroom breaks. This is probably one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The managers stand around and talk when they could be helping the employees. Whenever you mess up one little thing you have 5 different people coming to you and telling you about. Managers treat you as if you're slow. Only way you move up is if you drink the uline juice and dedicate your entire life to uline. you might think this job is good because of the pay, but it literally takes over your life. You pretty much work 9-8/830 every day and by the time you get home, shower, and eat it's already time for bed and then right back at it the next day. By the way that's 9-8/830 of non stop moving because you have to hit that number. I am telling you unless you desperately need the money DO NOT work for this company. I'm only still working here so I can pay my bills until finding another job. STAY AWAY!!

Uline Response

At Uline we value our employees and hold them to high standards. Our approach is not to over work our employees. Our goal is to meet or exceed our customer's expectations while still respecting their work life balance. When errors are made, employees are coached and retrained in order to develop their skills and enable them to succeed in their positions. These goals are not only for hourly employees, but for all employees company-wide. We have many opportunities to take on further roles in our company and with that comes’ commitment to different responsibilities and schedules. We encourage you to talk to your supervisor or HR team about these opportunities. Thank you for taking them to share your experience with Uline.

Pros

Nothing besides 17 an hour.

Cons

Worst "culture". Expect absolute perfection. Rude and young inexperienced management in warehouse. The don't consider illness in the first 90 days and break bylaws and federal law. Got fired for calling off with a contagious infection and missing ONE day.

Pros

The end of year money. Too bad the feeling of getting bonuses only last 1 week until you realize you work for the devil again.

Cons

Dont go against the grain or question anything. If you do, you aren't "uline" enough and shunned so that if you come up in a corp. audit they have an excuse. Everything warehouse involved is strictly to look good to the other branches. Doesnt matter if it makes sense or not. You learn quickly that not much does.
